pesto
320 g de pates Mafalda corta

600 g des tomates datterino ou cerises
demi verre de vin blanc Picpoul de Pinet
3 cuillers de sauce pesto Panzani

Préparation: mettez un minute les tomates dans l’eau bouillante, égouttez, pélez et coupé en moitié les tomates.
Dans une
poele faites sauter les gambas, enlevez du feu et pélez-les.
Avec de l’huile d’olive dans une poêle anti-adhesive faites suer les tomates avec les gambas, salez, ajouotez le vin et faites cuire 15 minutes. Ajoutez le pesto et melangez.
